Stephanie joined BBW Lawyers in January 2020 and works closely with Daniel Wilkins across a broad range of workers compensation and work injury damages matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie gained extensive knowledge of the claims management process whilst working as a Litigation Specialist for a large NSW workers compensation insurer. Stephanie’s experience in managing litigated claims has provided her with the ability to identify and advise on complex liability issues. She understands the objectives of her clients and develops meaningful strategies to mitigate statutory and common law exposure throughout the life of a claim.
Stephanie regularly appears at arbitrations and mediations in the Personal Injury Commission, and prides herself on driving commercial settlement outcomes.
