Robert has extensive experience in Personal Injury having previously advised plaintiffs/applicants on a variety of claims prior to joining BBW Lawyers. He is a defendant specialist for a wide-range of clients including self-insured corporations, Treasury Managed Funds (TMF) and scheme agents. He regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission, Supreme Court and District Court where he is a recognized advocate in all varieties of statutory matters as well as work injury damages and public liability. 

Robert is passionate about client service and aims to deliver high quality, timely and individualised advice on all aspects of statutory, legislative and common law interpretation with an intimate knowledge of the broader needs and objectives of both large and small employers as well as various Government departments. 

Robert is part of a select few of preferred lawyers for one of Australia’s largest private employers in the retail industry. He is well-known for his meticulous approach and regularly securing his clients significant savings on both actuarial claims and legal costs.
