Prior to her commencement at BBW, Farah worked as a Team Leader and Permanent Impairment / Work Injury Damages Specialist for 5 years at New South Wales’ largest workers compensation insurer. On the background of such experience, she is well-versed in the claims management process and this has provided her with a unique ability to identify and resolve complex legal issues.
