Highlights

  • David headed up a claims strategy conference for a large employer and self-insurer. The client had several long-term workers compensation claims for employees who were proving to be troublesome.
  • By working very closely with BBW Lawyers employment law team, David implemented a multi-pronged strategy which enabled the client to close several claims and address employment issues without increasing the risk of litigation.
